The idea for Noble Chicken was created in 2019, in our mad scientists’ laboratory…  We went undercover to create a new brand, entered a local Wing Contest in Cincinnati, and came up a winner!  After that, we tested a Noble Chicken Ghost Kitchen, and then a Non-Traditional restaurant (think Food Court) inside of a grocery store, before plans were hatched to open the first Traditional Noble Chicken restaurant in Cincinnati, OH in March of 2025.

Our HQ is in Cincinnati, and we are looking to grow in the Midwest, South and Southwest.  Our immediate targets are Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Florida and Texas; however, we are open to discussing other areas with multi-unit commitments.

Noble Chicken franchise-related fees are as follows:

• The Franchise Fee is $35,000 per unit.  The entire Franchise Fee is due for the first location, with $5,000 per unit paid up-front for additional locations beyond the first one.  The balance of $30,000 is paid closer to each restaurant opening.  For example, if you sign for two locations, you will pay $35,000 for unit one + $5,000 for unit two, or $40,000 total.  Then, when you open each additional location, after unit one, you pay the balance of $30,000.

• The Royalty is 5.5%.

• The Marketing requirement is 3% to the Marketing Fund, and 1% on Local Store Marketing (Not paid to Noble Chicken, but spent on your own restaurant).

• You will also spend $10,000 on Grand Opening Marketing for each location.

Noble Chicken restaurants will be located, preferably, in well-imaged strip center endcaps, ranging in size from approximately 1,400 square feet to 1,800 square feet (with some flexibility in sizes), with an initial investment starting at $449,750 (Please review the Franchise Disclosure Document for more details).

The minimum net worth starts at $750k, with a minimum of $250k in liquid capital.  If you are interested in developing multiple locations, there is a sliding scale for net worth and liquid capital, relative to the number of locations that you are interested in opening.  Please contact us for more information.

Absolutely.  In fact, it’s preferred, although not required.  We will assess each market’s potential, in terms of numbers of Noble Chicken restaurants.  If you would like to do multiple, contiguous locations, that’s fantastic.  There may be some markets that will only support one location (for now…).

First, we look at the Franchisees’ businesses from the Franchisee’s perspective, not just the Franchisor’s perspective. We listen to our Franchisees and incorporate feedback into our strategy and our business. We will have regular communications and will always look to improve together.  We provide training and support for all areas of your business, including Real Estate, Construction, Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, I.T., etc.  We will discuss in greater detail during the Franchise Qualification Process.

• Endcap Sites strongly preferred (to be able to brand the exterior and have Fly-Thru Pick-Up Lane)

• Outdoor patio/seating area preferred

• Size: ~1,400 – 1,800 Sq. Ft.

• Excellent visibility and access (Ingress/Egress)

• Multiple curb cuts and cross access preferred

• Traffic Counts of 20,000+ preferred on main access street(s)
